工作内容:
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
For Manufacturing:
* Production line set up and maintenance to optimize flow and provide in-line quality verification
* Production trouble shooting and corrective action implementation
* Provides production operators training and guidance
* Prepares method layouts for production process from UG software
* Applies all design standards
* Keeps abreast of engineering techniques, processes, and best practices as they affect design assignments on Company products
* Actively pursues ways to improve products/reduce costs
* Writes reports, maintains records, and records patentable ideas
* Participates in project planning, scheduling and tracking
* Works closely with global Marketing, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Suppliers to maximize product performance while minimizing product cost and development costs
* Shows good Engineering judgments and decision making and contributes to setting project direction and priorities
For Quality:
* Maintain final test specifications
* Analyze machine quality data to identify root cause and implement corrective action
* Work with Supplier Quality Engineering and Sourcing to resolve component quality issues
* Responsible for the technical accuracy and engineering analysis of design work and the work of any personnel assigned
* Identifies testing requirements and works with Test Engineers as required to verify and validate designs
职位要求：
* Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent engineering discipline.
* More than 4 years working experience in manufacturing engineering, quality control or relevant field. Course work and experience to provide a practical and theoretical understanding of quality related fundamentals.
* Good English skills both oral and written.
