工作内容:
1.Arrange regular office conference or seminar
2.Arrange travelling, have contacts with travel agencies, see to it that bookings are made, etc
3. Handle all practicalities when a person is employed or leave the office, including contacts with the head office Admin team
4.Keep track of annual leave days for sales
5.Administer our case management system, including register new client and matters and prepare files and binders in relation thereto
6.Be the contact person towards the office management company
7.Deal with our IT support, whenever there is an IT problem, contact IT service company
8.See to it that all equipment is maintained and working (incl filling paper to printers and so on)
9.Arrange for deliveries and couriers, answering phone calls
10.be the contact person for different services, such as cleaning, plants care, food and water and soft drink deliveries, etc.
11.Assist the expat as needed, for instance in relation to their Landlords;
12.Copying, printing, storage;
13.Coordinate & organize client lunches or dinner if it is required by the sales team;
14.Archiving & retrieval of on-going and closed client files to/from storage on regular basis
15.Help translate conventional documents;
16.Coordination between Showroom, Malu factory office and overseas offices & headquarters
17.Any other things which may be instructed by General manager from time to time
