工作内容:
Responsibilities
A.Sales Assistant Responsibilities
Order Management
Collect quota from APAC and accept new orders before deadlines;
Manage order amendments;
Update order status daily and input order information updates into the database;
Oversee dealer exchange for orders.
Contract Management
Prepare contracts between the JV and dealers, including text and option lists;
Send contracts to dealers by mail and maintain information in database;
Monitor contract sign-back status;
Support commercial activities as needed.
B.Car Logistics Support
Contact forwarder for the shipping schedules and collect shipping documents;
Monitor ABX and provide related information in a timely manner;
Prepare customs clearance documents and handle filing of original documents for Ferrari cars;
Set PDI check priorities with sales staff and send to After-Sales Department in 3S prior to car arrivals;
Collect PDI and car delivery status to update Modis status;
Follow up with “ Insurance policy” to ensure all claims to be paid on time;
Oversee documents of commercial invoices to be submitted in a timely manner.
C.Paperwork
Provide internal updates to the daily logistics report;
Prepare the daily internal Master Report and shipping advice report;
Regularly fill in Master Dealer Reports every Tuesday;
Take charge of Weekly Sales Reports and Monthly Sales Analysis;
Manage weekly aging stock lists and invoice inspection status;
Prepare/ file other reports as required by department head.
D.Contract Card and Marketing Card Management
Collect Contract Cards and Marketing Cards from dealers;
Maintain Contract Card and Marketing Cards information in the MC Summary file.
E.ICQC Management
Maintain safety and security of ICQC;
Issue ICQC according to release forms;
Keep copy of ICQC and record receipt acknowledgement from dealers.

Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Required
Diploma in Finance & Accounting or related fields;
Minimum two to three years of working experience in an international environment, and experience in European company is an advantage;
Finance expertise and practical experience with good with figures and excellent analytical ability;
Good understanding of commercial and relevant operations, as well as policies and procedures within the organization;
Able to work independently and adapt well to demands of a changing ;
Good communications skills, and able to work with people at all levels within the company;
Supportive, accountable, patient and detail-oriented with a strong team spirit and down-to-earth attitude;
Well-organized, honest and flexible when confronted with sudden issues/ urgent tasks, with ability to multitask, and has a good sense of priority.
Other Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, good command of English skill is a preference;
Willing to work overtime when necessary or for urgent tasks.
