RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Purchase goods based on the requirements issued by the different divisions, including computer hardware and software, R&D equipment and services, IC component etc.
2. Research vendor, provide price comparisons and perform price & contract negotiations, to get price as low as possible, ensure deliver on time.
3. ManageVendor, control payment
4. Be responsible for import and export customs declaration
5. Assist manager to organize company's activities
6. Complete other assigned job in time
