1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical;
2. 7+ years working experiences in maintenance & at least 3 years experience as maintenance supervisor on mechanical, electrical industrial;
3. Experience in managing more than 5 people is preferred;
4. Experience in coaching mechanics and electricians;
5. Familiar with maintenance of production line and spare part;
6. Familiar with TPM and TPM implementation;
7. Certain level of hands on maintenance is preferred;8. Good command of PC skills and English (both in written and oral).
